The stone built villa is located in the beautiful sandy beach of Sykamia, which is in the Northeast part of Kea/Tzia and it is one of the best beaches of the island.Being just a few steps from the sea, our guests have the opportunity to enjoy it each hour of the day – swimming and sunbathing during the day, relaxing and watching the moon and stars during the night. The clear blue water of the sea and the wild beauty of the landscape is the ideal scenery. Sykamia Villa and the Sea View House are the only houses on the beach and thus offer privacy and serenity to our guests.

Sykamia Villa has direct access to the beach as it is 20m away from it, (1 min walk). It consists of 3 independent houses and 2 suites,  for our guests, the one next to the other, 1 house for the personnel of the villa (2 people) the outdoor sitting/ dining areas and the swimming pool (15×5 m) It is set on a fenced area of 12.000 square meters and it can host up to 12 people.
